At Custom Platter, each item is made-to-order with love, care, and attention to detail. Because your dinnerware is custom designed just for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and weāre always here to help if something isnāt right.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@customplatter.com. Be sure to include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging (especially if it shows shipping damage)
Weāll review your claim and make it right as quickly as possibleāwhether that means a replacement or another resolution.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each platter is created based on your selected design, name, or message, making it uniquely yours.
