At Custom Platter, each item is made-to-order with love, care, and attention to detail. Because your dinnerware is custom designed just for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@customplatter.com. Be sure to include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging (especially if it shows shipping damage)
We’ll review your claim and make it right as quickly as possible—whether that means a replacement or another resolution.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each platter is created based on your selected design, name, or message, making it uniquely yours.

All items are custom made and ship in approximately 5 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may vary—check our homepage banner for the latest updates.
